The Carrot Café of Camberwell was a vegan café cooperative who operated on the ‘green pound’ principle where work was paid for in food (yum) and all of the people building the project were ‘volunteers’. This allowed us to get intimately involved in the design and detailing of a project using wholly recycled/reclaimed materials.

The Japanese Canteen is a rapidly expanding chain of Japanese fast food takeaway and casual eat in restaurants based in and around the City of London. We have worked on the roll out of 3 restaurants and in the assessment/feasibility of 5 possible new sites. We assist the client in researching new premises and any licenses required including Planning and Building Control.

We produce kitchen and seating layouts for the approval of the licensing authorities and to obtain quotations.
