A developer client purchased a set of disused office buildings in West London where we obtained Planning Permission for change of use from offices to residential.
The buildings fronting the street were retained externally to satisfy Planning preferences, with proposals for the replacement of the complete buildings to the rear.
In their place a series of three story houses have been proposed with the existing frontage accommodating 5 new luxury flats.
As this is a very tight land-locked site provision for amenity spaces has been provided using balconies for the flats and roof top gardens for the houses. |
